Lower Burrell Joyous Spaces Program

The Lower Burrell Joyous Spaces initiative is a long term, comprehensive plan that covers Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces.  This initiative was brought forth in 2022 over a series of public meetings held by a volunteer organization.  The link below will outline the overall vision, mission statement and priorities of action for our parks system.
