Updates from the City
As the situation regarding COVID-19 in Western Pennsylvania continues to be fluid situation, the City of Lower Burrell is monitoring data and following the recommendations from the local, state, and federal authorities. We are working to mitigate the spread of the virus as recommended from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and strongly encourage residents to practice social distancing to limit the spread of the disease. To further protect the citizens of Lower Burrell, Council felt it necessary to declare a Disaster Declaration starting Monday, March 16, 2020 at 8 am. Please continue to check for status updates. This webpage will be a resource for you to check the continuing updates, press releases, etc. that will be distributed by the City.
